Papaya Orange Juice Recipe

papaya orange juice is a healthy and refreshing drink loaded with the goodness of both papaya and oranges.

Papaya Orange Juice

fresh fruit juices are simple to make and loaded with nutrients. I'm already a big fan of orange juices but then blending it with a cup of papaya takes it to another level.

Many people are not fond of eating papayas, but this simple fruit is loaded with numerous vitamins and nutrients and they are really good for digestion, have anti-inflammatory properties, also good for eyes and in boosting immunity and many others as well. So, it's always good to have papaya in your diet and including it in the form of this juice is one option.

Adding sugar is optional. You can also replace it with honey. But just like any other fresh fruit juices, just have a glass of it and you are good to go.

Papaya Orange Juice Recipe

  • 1 cup chopped papaya
  • 1 orange
  • sugar as needed
  • 1 cup water

Directions for recipe

1. Peel and chop the papayas. Also peel and deseed the oranges.

2. Add both the fruits in a blender along with sugar and water. Blend to a smooth consistency.

3. Check for sugar, and adjust accordingly. Serve chilled with few pieces of ice cubes
