Eggless Chocolate Cake with Condensed Milk Recipe

Eggless chocolate cake with condensed milk is a delicious cake recipe perfect for beginners.

Eggless chocolate cake is an ideal cake recipe for chocolate lovers prepared with cocoa powder, instant coffee powder and condensed milk.

After getting much appreciation from friends for my eggless vanilla cake with condensed milk which I made for a recent potluck, I tried my hands at making the chocolate one too. The recipes of both are very similar and it is taken from Gayathri's blog.




This eggless chocolate cake does not use any sugar as it gets its sweetness from the condensed milk. It is an easy to make recipe, you just need to follow the instructions step by step.

So, let's see how to make this chocolate cake using condensed milk and eggless too!

Ingredients


  • 230 grams all purpose flour or maida
  • 20 grams cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 100 grams butter
  • 400 grams condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions for making eggless chocolate cake with condensed milk recipe


1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease and line two 8 inch cake tins, either round or rectangle.

2. Sift together all purpose flour, cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, baking powder and baking soda thrice.

3. Add vinegar in the milk and keep aside for 5 minutes to curdle.

4. In a mixing bowl, beat butter until creamy.

5. Add in the condensed milk and beat till well incorporated.

6. Add vanilla essence and beat to combine.

7. Add 1/3rd of the flour mixture to the butter mixture and beat until incorporated.

8. Add 1/2 of the curdled milk and beat. Repeat the process with flour, curdled milk and finally the flour and beat till everything is well incorporated.

9. Divide the batter and pour in the prepared tins and bake for 30-35 minutes or till a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

10. Remove the cake from oven and place it on a wire rack for 5 minutes.

11. Flip the cake on the wire rack and remove the lining paper and let it cool completely.

12. Yummy eggless chocolate cake with condensed milk is ready, enjoy!
