Chicken Kabsa Recipe | Arabian Chicken Rice Recipe

chicken kabsa is a traditional and famous rice dish from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is very easy to make and is highly nutritional.
Chicken Kabsa
chicken kabsa is prepared regularly in my home as it is mildly spiced as compared to our biryanis. also it has got high nutritional value and this dish is particularly rich in iron content as it uses chicken, generous amount of almonds and raisins which is a good source of iron.

chicken kabsa is prepared in two steps, first the chicken is cooked with all the ingredients and then the pieces are removed and fried separately. Rice is then cooked in the same broth giving it a very aromatic flavor.

in this era, when iron deficiency is affecting a large population in our country, Livogen is promoting healthy eating by making small dietary changes and adding ingredients in our diet which are rich in iron to fight the deficiency naturally.
